The function of this device is exactly same as the

TMP90CH02 and TMP90C802A by programming to the inter-

nal PROM.

The differenes between TMP90PH02 and TMP90C802A

are the internal RAM size, and the internal PROM size.

The following are the memory map of TMP90PH02 and

TMP90C802A.
