TINY SOT563 PACKAGE
The TMP112 is a two-wire, serial output temperature
sensor available in a tiny SOT563 package. Requiring
no external components, the TMP112 is capable of
reading temperatures to a resolution of 0.0625°C.
The TMP112 slope-specification allows users to
calibrate for higher accuracy.

0.5°C (max) from 0°C to +65°C
1.0°C (max) from –40°C to +125°C
LOW QUIESCENT CURRENT:
10µA Active (max), 1µA Shutdown (max)
The TMP112 features both SMBus and two-wire
interface compatibility, and allows up to four devices
on one bus. It also features an SMBus alert function.
