SMD 5KV Transformers  
For Maxim’s MAX13256 H-Bridge Driver  
The TGMR-5xxV6LF series of 6 pin transformers has been designed specifically to work  
in conjunction with the Maxim Integrated Products’ MAX13256 H-bridge driver. These  
reinforced isolation modules are UL/EN60950 and DEMKO recognized for working volt-  
ages up to 300 Volts. The 8-36 volt supply range of the MAX13256 makes this circuit Ideal  
for applications such as Power Meters, PLC 24 volt supply isolation, Medical equipment  
and isolated Fieldbus interfaces.
