2.7 V to 5.5 V Serial Infrared Transceiver

(SIR, 115.2 kbit/s)

Description

TFDH4130 is a member of a family of SIR 40000 series. TFDH4130 is a lead bending version of

transceivers. The other family members are TFDU4100 for through hole applications. This wide

TFDU4100, TFDS4500 and TFDT4500. All are selectionprovidesflexibilityforavarietyofapplications

low-power infrared transceiver modules compliant to and space constraints. The transceivers are capable
