TC83230-0006: Single-Chip CMOS LSI for Use in Calculators with Printers  
(applicable printer heads: PTMFL 66/67/76/77/86/87 manufactured by ALPS)  
The TC83230-0006 LSI is a single-chip CMOS LSI for use in  
calculators with printers.  
It integrates I/O logic circuits necessary to configure a  
calculator with 10/12-digit display, two-memory function, serial  
printer used to print calculation results, oscillator, and LCD  
drivers.
