System power management IC for TFT / low-temperature polysilicon liquid crystal display
1. Summary
The TC7735FTG is a system power management IC for liquid
crystal module of TFT and low-temperature polysilicon. It can
generate each voltage level, which the liquid crystal display
(LCD) driver requires. In addition, the TC7735FTG can generate
the high-voltage power supply for source driver and gate driver
and incorporates VCOM amplifier circuit. So, it can drive the LCD
of TFT and low-temperature polysilicon easily by itself.
The TC7735FTG can also output the required voltage to
connect various LCD drivers by incorporating the function of
adjusting voltage. This optimizes the characteristics of whole LCD

system. And the protection functions like the over current
protection circuit and the under voltage lockout circuit are
incorporated to improve safety in driving the IC.
