The TB67S142 is a Clock controlled PWM chopping type 2 phase
unipolar stepping motor driver. Using the BiCD process, the TB67
S142HG can be operated with VM voltage of 45V, output voltage
of 84V, and output current of 3.0A at max (absolute maximum ratings).
