PWM Chopper-Type Motor Driver IC
The TB62216FNG is a motor driver using internal PWM signals.
The TB62216FNG is capable of driving 2 DC brushed motors.
Fabricated with the BiCD process, the TB62216FNG is rated at 40V/2.5A.
The internal voltage regulator allows control of the motor with a single
VM power supply.
