Isolation

The BusQor SQ60120EPA25 bus converter is a next-

generation, board-mountable, isolated, ﬁxed switching

frequency DC-DC converter that uses synchronous

rectiﬁcation to achieve extremely high conversion

efﬁciency. The power dissipated by the converter is

so low that a heatsink is not required, which saves

cost, weight, height, and application effort. The SQ

BusQor series provides an isolated step down voltage

from 48V to a semi-regulated 12V intermediate bus.

BusQor converters are ideal for customers who need

multiple outputs and wish to build or buy point of load

converters to work with a 12V rail. RoHS Compliant

(see last page).

Operational Features

• High efﬁciency, 95% at full rated load current

• Delivers 25A (300W) power with minimal derating

- no heatsink required

• Operating input voltage range: 36-75V

• Fixed frequency switching provides predictable EMI

• No minimum load requirement

Control Features

• On/Off control referenced to input side

• Inherent current share (by droop method) for high current

and parallel applications.

Mechanical Features

• Industry standard quarter-brick pin-out conﬁguration

• Size: 2.30" x 0.96" (58.4 x 24.4mm), 0.563” (14.30mm)

• Total weight: 1.62 oz (46.2 g)

• Input under-voltage lockout and over-voltage shutdown protects

against abnormal input voltages

• Output current limit and short circuit protection

• Output over-voltage protection

• Thermal shutdown
