DESCRIPTION

TheSP7655isasynchronousstep-downswitchingregulator optimizedforhighefficiency. Thepartisdesignedtobe

especiallyattractivefordualsupply,12Vor24Vdistributedpowersystemssteppeddownwith5Vusedtopowerthe

controller. This lower V voltageminimizespowerdissipationinthepartandisusedtodrivethetopswitch.The

SP7655isdesignedtoprovideafullyintegratedbuckregulatorsolutionusingafixed300kHzfrequency,PWMvoltage

mode architecture. Protection features include UVLO, thermal shutdown and output short circuit protection. The

SP7655isavailableinthespacesavingDFNpackage
