This hex Schmitt-trigger inverter is operational at 0.8-V to 2.7-V V , but is designed specifically for 1.65-V to

1.95-V V

operation.

The SN74AUC14 contains six independent inverters and performs the Boolean function Y = A. The device

functionsassixindependentinverters, butbecauseofSchmittaction, itmayhavedifferentinputthresholdlevels

for positive-going (V ) and negative-going (V ) signals.

This device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using I . The I circuitry disables the outputs,
