General Description

Features

This Power MOSFET is produced using Msemitek‘s

advanced Superjunction MOSFET technology.

- 850V@T_j=150℃

- 18A,800V, R_DS(on)=205mΩ@V_GS= 10 V

- Low gate charge(typ. Qg =46nC)

- High ruggedness

- Ultra fast switching

- 100% avalanche tested

- Improved dv/dt capability

This advanced technology has been especially tailored

to minimize on-state resistance, provide superior switching

performance, and withstand high energy pulse in the

avalanche and commutation mode. These devices are well

suited for high efficiency switched mode power supplies.
