Soft, Fast Switching Capability  
Lead-Free Finish; RoHS Compliant (Notes 1 & 2)  
Halogen and Antimony Free. “Green” Device (Note 3)  
The SBR8M100P5Q is suitable for automotive applications  
requiring specific change control; this part is AEC-Q101  
qualified, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF 16949  
certified facilities.  
Description and Applications  
This Super Barrier Rectifier (SBR) diode has been designed to meet  
the stringent requirements of Automotive Application. It is ideally  
suited to such as:

Re-Circulating Diode  
Switching Diode

surges defined in ISO7637-2.
