Features

General Description

^4.5V to 23V (RT6258BH) and 5.1V to 23V (RT6258CH)

The RT6258BH/CH is an advanced constant on-time

Input Voltage Range 8A Output Current

(ACOT ) mode synchronous buck converter. The main

^ACOT Mode Performs Fast Transient Response

control loop of the RT6258BH/CH using an advanced

^ACOT Architecture to Enable All MLCC Output

constant on-time (ACOT ) mode control which provides a

very fast transient response. The RT6258BH operates from

4.5V to 23V input voltage and the RT6258CH operates

from 5.1V to 23V.
