General Description

Features

^4.5V to 23V (RT6256BH) and 5.1V to 23V (RT6256CH)

The RT6256BH/CH is an advanced constant on-time

Input Voltage Range 6A Output Current

(ACOT ) mode synchronous buck converter. The main

^ACOT Mode Performs Fast Transient Response

control loop of the RT6256BH/CH using an advanced

^ACOT Architecture to Enable All MLCC Output

constant on-time (ACOT ) mode control which provides a

very fast transient response. The RT6256BH operates from

4.5V to 23V input voltage and RT6256CH operates from

5.1V to 23V.

^Fixed 750kHz (RT6256CH) and 500kHz (RT6256BH)
