The RS4G08 quadruple 2-input positive-AND gate is

Low Power Consumption:1µA (Max)

Operating Temperature Range:

-40°C to +125°C

designed for 1.65V to 5.5V V_CCoperation.

The RS4G08 device performs the Boolean function

Inputs Accept Voltage to 5.5V

Y=A • B or Y=A + B in positive logic. The device is

High Output Drive: ±24mA at V_CC=3.0V

ESD Protection Exceeds JESD 22

- 4000-V Human-Body Model

fully specified for partial-power-down applications

using I_off. The I_offcircuitry disables the outputs,

preventing damaging current backflow through the

device when it is powered down.

- 200-V Machine Model (A115)

- 1000-V Charged-Device Model (JS-002)

The RS4G08 is available in Green SOIC-14(SOP14)

and TSSOP-14 packages. It operates over an ambient
