The RS138T, a three to eight decoders/demultiplexers,

Operating Voltage Range: 4.5V to 5.5V

is designed for 4.5V to 5.5V V_CCoperation.

Low Power Consumption: 160µA (Max)

Times

The RS138T is consist of three enable inputs (E3,E2

and E1), three binary weighted address inputs (A0, A1

and A2) and eight outputs (Y0 to Y7). Among all enable

inputs, one is active high output enable (E3) and two

are active low output enables (E2 and E1 ). When the

outputs are gated by any of the strobe inputs, they are

all forced into the high state. When the outputs are not

disabled by the strobe inputs, only the selected output

is low while all others are high.

Operating Temperature Range:

-40°C to +125°C

Inputs Accept Voltage to 5.5V

Inputs are TTL-Voltage compatible

Micro SIZE PACKAGES: SOIC-16(SOP16),

TSSOP-16

The RS138T is available in Green SOIC-16(SOP16)

and TSSOP-16 packages. It operates over an ambient

temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
