General Description

Features

♦ Pretrimmed to +5V, +10V 0ꢀ.3

The REF01/REF02 are industry-standard precision volt-

age references. The stable 10V output of the REF01

can be adjusted over a ±±3 range ꢀith ꢁiniꢁal effect

on teꢁperature stability, ꢀhile the 5V output REF02 can

be adjusted over a ±63 range. The 10V REF01 has a

single-supply operation over an input voltage range of

1±V to ±±V, ꢀhile the 5V REF02 has a single-supply

operation over an input voltage range of 7V to ±±V.

Both devices offer a loꢀ-current drain of 1ꢁA. The

REF02 also provides a TEMP pin ꢀhose output voltage

varies linearly ꢀith teꢁperature, ꢁaking this device

suitable for a ꢀide variety of teꢁperature-sensing and

control applications. For neꢀ designs, refer to the

MAX60±5 or MAX614± data sheets.
