2.7V to 5.5V Input, 5A Synchronous Buck Regulators
The RAA808015A/B family (RAA808015A,
RAA808015B) is a 5A synchronous buck regulator
with an input range of 2.7V to 5.5V. It provides an
easy-to-use, high-efficiency low BOM count solution
for a variety of applications.

The RAA808015A integrates both high-side and
low-side MOSFETs and features a PFM mode for
improved efficiency at light loads. This feature can be
disabled if forced PWM option (RAA808015B) is
required.
▪ 20mΩ and 16mΩ internal power MOSFET switches

The RAA808015A/B adopts Constant On-Time (COT)
control architecture to provide an ultrafast transient
response with few external components and to
operate in nearly constant switching frequency over
the line, load, and output voltage range. The

RAA808015A switches at a default frequency of
1.8MHz and RAA808015B switches at 2.2MHz.
