Lattice Semiconductor Corporation (LATTICE,莱迪思) 莱迪思半导体公司1983年成立,是设计、发展、销售高性能可编程逻辑器件和相关系统开发软件的一家公司。自从1992年发明第一个 ISP(in-system programmable )PLD以来,晶格半导体公司一直是该类器件的领先供应商。目前能提供不同性能、封装、温度范围的ISP产品超过300种。通常,标准的 PLD器件要求12V的编程信号,因此写入时必须从印制板上取下来并采用专用的硬件设备。而ISP器件使用5V或3.3V编程信号,写入时无需从电路板上取下,因此可以缩短设计周期,降低生产成本,还可以通过计算机磁盘和串行数据线提供数据文件实现简单、低成本的现场重组。此外,莱迪斯半导体公司还为用户提供ISP软件开发工具,它的最新软件开发工具是ispEXPERT,该软件在PC和UNIX平台上运行,用户可以输入、校验、调试设计程序,进行逻辑模拟和时域分析以及对ISP器件编程等。功能十分强大。
