ThePI3A125isahigh-speedCMOSSPSTswitchthatcanbeused

• LowVoltage, SPSTSwitch

in analog or low-delay bus switch applications.

– V_CCfrom 2.3V to 3.6V

Specifiedoverawideoperatingpowersupplyvoltagerange, 2.3V

to3.6V,thePI3A125hasalowmaximumONresistanceof10-ohm

at 2.3V and 7 ohms at 3V. The CMOS device features rail-to-rail

signal range. The switch is turned off when the OE input is high.

• Low On-Resistance: 6 ohms at 3.0V

Power requirements at 3V are a low 30µW.

The PI3A125 is an improved, direct replacement for the
