DESCRIPTION

The μPG2430T6Z is a GaAs MMIC SP3T switch which was developed for Bluetooth, wireless LAN.

This device can operate at frequencies from 0.5 to 6.0 GHz, with low insertion loss and high isolation.

This device is housed in a 8-pin plastic TSON (Thin Small Out-line Non-leaded) package and is suitable for high-

density surface mounting.

: L_ins= 0.55 dB TYP. @ f = 2.5 GHz

: L_ins= 0.65 dB TYP. @ f = 6.0 GHz

High isolation

: ISL = 28 dB TYP. @ f = 2.5 GHz

: ISL = 25 dB TYP. @ f = 6.0 GHz

Handling power

: P_{in (0.1 dB)}= +28.0 dBm TYP. @ V_{cont (H)}= 3.0 V, V_{cont (L)}= 0 V

High-density surface mounting : 8-pin plastic TSON package (1.5 × 1.5 × 0.37 mm)
