PECL Clock Oscillators

This device is obsolete, January 2008

This is replaced by the PE97xxDV device

For new designs use the PE99xxDV device

• Pletronics’ PE37T Series is a quartz crystal

• 180 to 750 MHz

controlled precision square wave generator with a

PECL output.

• FR4 base with a mechanical metal cover.

• Tape and Reel or cut tape packaging is available.

• 13.97mm x 9.90mm package

• Enable/Disable Function on pad 1 sets output

to a

fixed logic level (see PE11T for E/D on pad 2)

• Low Jitter

Pletronics Inc. certifies this device is in accordance with the

RoHS 6/6 (2002/95/EC) and WEEE (2002/96/EC) directives.

Pletronics Inc. guarantees the device does not contain the following:

Cadmium, Hexavalent Chromium, Lead, Mercury, PBB’s, PBDE’s

Weight of the Device: 1.33 grams

Moisture Sensitivity Level: 1 As defined in J-STD-020C

Second Level Interconnect code: e4
