MULTI-LINE TVS ARRAY

DESCRIPTION

The PAM20ST6305 is a mulꢀ-line TVS array designed to protect automoꢀve applicaꢀons from the damaging eﬀects

of ESD and EFT. The PAM20ST6305 is available in a 5 line unidirecꢀonal or 4 line bidirecꢀonal conﬁguraꢀon and is

rated at 100 Waꢁs peak pulse power, which is suﬃcient protecꢀon for terꢀary type lightning threats at key interface

locaꢀons.

Packaged in a miniature SOT-563, the PAM20ST6305 meets IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) and 61000-4-4 (EFT) immunity re-

quirements. The device should be placed near a connector to provide the best protecꢀon against transients.
