Applications

The P6KExx(C)A series are transient voltage suppressor

designed to protect telecommunication equipment against

lightning and transients.

TVS devices are ideal for the protection of I/O

interfaces, V_CCbus and other vulnerable circuits used in

Telecom, Computer, Industrial and Consumer electron-

ic applitions
