Surface Mount Transient Voltage Suppressors

Peak Pulse Power 400W Breakdown Voltage 6.8 to 550V

Features

• Glass passivated junction

• Moisture sensitivity: level 1, per J-STD-020

• Low profile package with built-in strain relief for surface

mounted applications

• Excellent clamping capability and Fast response time

• 400 W peak pulse power capability with a 10/1000 µs waveform

• Polarity:Uni-directional

• Halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21 definition

Typical Applications

Use in sensitive electronics protection against voltage transients induced by inductive load

switching and lighting on ICs, MOSFET, signal lines of sensor units for consumer, computer,

industrial, automotive and telecommunication.
