NQ12T50VKA10 wide trim module  
• Ultra high efficiency, up to 95% at full and half rated  
load  
• Delivers up to 10A of output current with no derating  
Protection Features  
up to 85°C ambient with 100LFM - no heatsink required  
• Input Voltage Range : 9.6V - 14.4V  
• Input under-voltage lockout disables converter at low  
input voltage conditions  
• Temperature compensated over-current shutdown pro-  
tects converter from excessive load current or short cir-  
cuits  
• Programmable output voltages from 0.9V - 5.0V  
• On-board input and output filter capacitor  
• No minimum load requirement means no preload resis-  
tors required  
• Output over-voltage protection protects load from dam-  
aging voltages  
• Thermal shutdown protects converter from abnormal  
environmental conditions  
Mechanical Features  
• Industry standard SIP pin-out configuration  
• Industry standard size: 2.0” x 0.55” x 0.29”  
(50.8 x 14 x 7.3mm)  
• Total weight: 0.30 oz. (9.4 g)  
• Open frame construction maximizes air flow cooling  
• Available in both vertical and horizontal mounting

• Meets 72/23/EEC and 93/68/EEC directives which
