Description

The NCE60P82AK uses advanced trench technology and

design to provide excellent R_DS(ON)with low gate charge .This

device is well suited for high current load applications.

General Features

● V_DS=-60V,I_D=-82A

R_DS(ON)<13mΩ @ V_GS=-10V

R_DS(ON)<16mΩ @ V_GS=-4.5V
