General Features

Description

The NCE40H25LL uses advanced trench technology and

design to provide excellent R_DS(ON)with low gate charge. It

can be used in a wide variety of applications.

R_DS(ON)< 2.0mΩ @ V_GS=10V

R_DS(ON)< 3.5mΩ @ V_GS=4.5V

● High density cell design for ultra low Rdson

● Fully characterized avalanche voltage and current

● Good stability and uniformity with high E_AS

● Excellent package for good heat dissipation

● Special process technology for high ESD capability
