NCE N-Channel Enhancement Mode Power MOSFET

Description

The NCE4005 uses advanced trench technology to provide

excellent R_DS(ON), low gate charge. This device is suitable for

use as a Battery protection or in other switching application.

General Features

● V_DS=40V,I_D=5A
