NCE N-Channel Enhancement Mode Power MOSFET

Description

The NCE2030K uses advanced trench technology and

design to provide excellent R_DS(ON)with low gate charge. It

can be used in a wide variety of applications.

General Features

● V_DS=20V,I_D=30A

R_DS(ON)<12mΩ @ V_GS=10V (Typ:10.5mΩ)

_DS(ON)<13mΩ @ V_GS=4.5V (Typ:11mΩ)

_DS(ON)<18mΩ @ V_GS=2.5V (Typ:14mΩ)
