DDR4 SDRAM UDIMM Core
UDIMM (VLP UDIMM) and VLP MiniUDIMM are also
defined by this specification. These DDR4 UDIMMs are
intended for use as main memory when installed in PCs.
Some specifications are part-number specific; refer to
the module data sheet addendum of the specific Micron
part number (MPN) for the complete specification.
Product Description
This specification defines the electrical and mechanical
requirements for 288-pin, 1.2V (VDD) double data rate,
synchronous DRAM, unbuffered dual in-line memory
modules (DDR4 SDRAM UDIMMs). The very low profile
