DESCRIPTION
FEATURES
The MP2276 is a fully integrated, high-
frequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down,
switch-mode converter. It offers a very compact
solution that achieves up to 8A of continuous
output current with excellent load and line
regulation over a wide input supply range. The
MP2276 operates at high efficiency over a wide
output current load range.

The MP2276 uses constant-on-time (COT)
control for fast transient response and eased
loop stabilization.
Output voltage start-up is controlled by an
internal 1.7ms timer, which can be increased by
adding a capacitor on SS/TRK. An open-drain
power good (PG) signal indicates when the
output is within its nominal voltage range.
Full protection features include over-current
protection (OCP), over-voltage protection
(OVP), under-voltage protection (UVP), and
over-temperature protection (OTP).
