DESCRIPTION
FEATURES
The MP2152D is a monolithic, step-down switch-
mode converter with integrated internal power
MOSFETs. It can achieve up to 2A of continuous
output current (IOUT) across a wide 2.5V to 5.5V
input voltage (VIN) range, with excellent load and
line regulation. The output voltage (VOUT) can be
regulated to as low as 0.6V.

The device is ideal for a wide range of
applications, including solid-state drives (SSDs),
portable devices, as well as other low-power and
low-voltage systems.
Constant-on-time (COT) control provides fast
transient response and eases loop stabilization.
Full protection features include cycle-by-cycle
over-current protection (OCP), over-voltage
protection (OVP), short-circuit protection (SCP)
with hiccup mode, and thermal shutdown.
