Outline

This IC is a 1.5A LDO with a low saturation voltage.

In addition to a low-saturation voltage (0.26V typ., I_O=1.5 A), the device has a low voltage output with a

minimum of 0.9 V, and is therefore capable of low-voltage operation.

This device is offered in the PKG TO-252-5 package featuring high heat dissipation and the small-sized PKG

HSOP-8 package.

For protection, it includes an over-current protection circuit and a thermal shutdown circuit.
