OKI ADPCM Speech Synthesis LSI

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The ML22310 and ML22Q310, which include mask ROM and Flash memory for storing speech data, respectively,

are speech synthesis LSIs which can controll speech playback utilizing an event input system.

In addition to speech playback, control of peripheral circuits such as LED drive and relay on/off can be provided

without using a microcontroller. Speech playback and sequential outputs of 63 patterns specified by the 6-pin

event inputs can be performed.

These functions allow easy system configuration by using the logic output from an existing system as the input

signals and connecting an external power amplifier.
