General Description
Features
The MAX4493/MAX4494/MAX4495 single/dual/quad
general-purpose operational amplifiers are designed
for use in systems powered with dual supplies from
±±2±5ꢀ to ±525ꢀ2 These op amps proꢁide a unity-gain
bandwidth of 5MHz with only 770µA of quiescent cur-
rent per amplifier2 The wide input common-mode range
extends from ±00mꢀ beyond the negatiꢁe rail to within
125ꢀ of the positiꢁe supply rail while the output swings
ꢀ 770µA Supply Current per Amplifier
ꢀ Operates from Dual ±±2±ꢀ5 to ±ꢀ2ꢀ5 Supplies
ꢀ ꢀMHz Gain-Bandwidth Product
ꢀ Rail-to-Rail® Output Swing
ꢀ Input 5oltage Range Extends ±00m5 Below the
Negative Rail
within 10mꢀ (R = 100kΩ) of either rail2

These amplifiers haꢁe excellent (110dB) open-loop
gain with ꢁery low THD+N of 0200±% (f = 1kHz)2 The
single MAX4493 is aꢁailable in a tiny 5-pin SC70 pack-
age and the dual MAX4494 is aꢁailable in the space-
saꢁing 8-pin SOT±32 The quad MAX4495 is aꢁailable in
both 14-pin TSSOP and 14-pin SO packages2 All prod-
ucts are rated at the automotiꢁe temperature range of
-40°C to +1±5°C2
ꢀ Low THD+N of 0200±% (f = 1kHz)
ꢀ No Phase Reversal for Overdriven Inputs
ꢀ Unity-Gain Stable
