Description

The MAPC-S1101 is a high power GaN on Silicon

Carbide HEMT D-mode amplifier suitable for DC - 12

GHz frequency operation. The device supports

pulsed and linear operation with peak output power

levels of at least 15 W (41.8 dBm) in an air cavity

plastic package.
