Description
The MAPC-A1524 is a GaN on Silicon Carbide
HEMT D-mode amplifier suitable for 1.7 - 2.2 GHz
frequency operation. The device supports both
pulsed and CW operation with minimum output
power levels of 400 W (56 dBm) in an air cavity
ceramic package.
