Description
The MAPC-A1516 is a GaN on Silicon Carbide
HEMT D-mode amplifier suitable for 2.4 - 2.5 GHz
frequency operation. The device supports both
pulsed and CW operation with minimum output
power levels of 500 W (57 dBm) in an air cavity
ceramic package.
