Description
The MAPC-A1508 is a GaN on Silicon Carbide
HEMT D-mode amplifier suitable for 900 - 930 MHz
frequency operation. The device supports both
pulsed and CW operation with minimum output
power levels of 700 W (58.46 dBm) in an air cavity
ceramic package.
