Description

The MAPC-A1505 is a high power GaN on Silicon

Carbide HEMT D-mode amplifier suitable for

2.7 - 3.1 GHz frequency operation. The device

supports pulsed operation with output power levels

of 700 W (58.5 dBm) and in an air cavity ceramic

package.

Typical Performance:

One side measured under load-pull at 2.5 dB
