150V Dual High-Side MOSFET Gate Driver

FEATURES

DESCRIPTION

The LTC^®7067 drives two high-side N-Channel MOSFETs

with supply voltages up to 140V. Both drivers can oper-

ate with a different ground reference, providing excellent

noise and transient immunity. The two drivers are sym-

metric and independent of each other, allowing comple-

mentary or non-complementary switching.

Its powerful 0.8Ω pull-down and 1.5Ω pull-up MOSFET

drivers allows the use of large gate capacitance high volt-

age MOSFETs. Additional features include UVLO, TTL/

CMOS compatible inputs and fault indicator.
