FEATURES  
The LS318 is a monolithic pair of NPN transistors  
re = 1TYP.  
LOG CONFORMANCE  
mounted in a single SOT-23 package. The monolithic  
dual chip design reduces parasitics and is ideal for use  
in logging applications. See LS358 for PNP.
