Description

Wide Power Supply Range: 1.8V to 5.5V

High Bandwidth:

The LR1553 is a single, bi-directional, single-pole

double throw (SPDT) CMOS switch. It features low

on-resistance (0.6Ω TYP) and high-bandwidth

(80MHz). LR1553 features low on-resistance flatness

over the signal range (0.18ꢀ TYP). This ensures

excellent linearity and low distortion when switching

audio signals.

80MHz@Vcc=4.5V, 85MHz@Vcc=2.7V

High Off-Isolation: -61dB

Ultra-Low On-Resistance:

0.6Ω@Vcc=4.5V, 1.2Ω@Vcc=2.7V

Fast Switching Time

T_on= 12.0ns; T_off= 10.0ns(Vcc=2.7V)

Break-Before-Make Switching

The LR1553 is designed for low operating voltage

(1.65V-5.5V), high current switching of speaker

phone mode. The device contains a break before

make feature which eliminates signal disruption

during switching.

Operation Temperature Range:
