Features

Description

⚫

1.2V ~ 5.5V Operating Voltage Range

The LP5240 is an advanced load switch in an ultra-

small package. The internal P-type MOSFET and the

slew rate control make it easy to use. An output

discharge path is integrated to the external

components and simplify the design.

Ultra-low On-Resistance:

R_DS(ON)=50mΩ at V_IN=5.5V

R_DS(ON)=67mΩ at V_IN=3.3V

R_DS(ON)=110mΩ at V_IN=1.8V

R_DS(ON)=230mΩ at V_IN=1.2V

Thanks to the current optimization, LP5240 is suitable

for ultra-low current consumption application to save

energy. It operates over a wide input voltage range

from 1.2V to 5.5V. The device contains a soft-start

function to reduce the input inrush current when it is

turned on.

Continuous Output Current up to 1.5A

Output Auto−Discharge

Active High Enable Control

The LP5240 is available in a 4-pin WLCSP4 package

with 0.4mm pin pitch.
