DES CRIPTION  
The LM393 consists of two inde pe nde nt voltage comparators. The se we re de signe d spe cifically to ope rate  
from a single powe r supply ove r a wide range of voltage s. Ope ration from split powe r supplie s is also  
possible and the low powe r supply curre nt drain is inde pe nde nt of the magnitude of the powe r supply  
voltage . The outputs can be conne cte d to othe r ope n-colle ctor outputs to achie ve wire d-AND re lationships.
