The LCA127L is a current-limiting, 250V, 170mA, 15,

normally open (1-Form-A) solid state relay featuring

low on-resistance, which uses optically coupled

MOSFET technology to provide 3750V_rmsof input to

output isolation.

OptoMOS architecture, are controlled by a highly

efficient infrared LED.
