Gigabit Ethernet Transceiver with RGMII and

IEEE 1588v2 Support

VDD I/O (VDDIO): 3.3V, 2.5V, or 1.8V

Transceiver (VDDAH): 3.3V or 2.5V

• Single-Chip 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet Trans-

ceiver Suitable for IEEE 802.3 Applications

• RGMII with 3.3V/2.5V/1.8V Tolerant I/Os

• Available in commercial (0°C to +70°C) and

extended industrial (-40°C to +105°C)

temperature ranges

RGMII Timing Supports On-Chip Delay According

to RGMII Version 2.0, with Programming Options

for External Delay and Making Adjustments and

Corrections to TX and RX Timing Paths

• 48-pin VQFN (7 mm × 7 mm) Package

• Auto-Negotiation to Automatically Select the

Highest Link-Up Speed (10/100/1000 Mbps) and

Duplex (Half/Full)
