Our Solid State Power Modules are designed

for use as the high power component in RF

amplifiers.

CPI Canada Solid State Modules deliver

super linear, broadband performance at L, S,

C, X

and Ku bands. With available RF power

levels from 35 to 225 Watts at saturation.

Performance is temperature compensated for

stability from -40°C to +50°C.
